Position | Left-Handed Quarterback. Tayler also plays basketball and baseball for Brentwood Academy. In basketball, he plays shooting guard/small forward. In baseball, he plays 1st base, all the outfield positions, and pitches.

Athletic Highlights | Starting QB for Brentwood Academy’s 6th, 7th & 8th grade teams. Lead BA to the SWNSL 6th Grade Championship with a win over rival Ensworth. In 7th Grade, he lead his team to a 6 and 2 Record with big wins over CPA and MBA, where he combined for 5 TDs, including 2 rushing in those two games. This year Tayler completed a very successful 8th Grade football season. The team finished 5 and 1, with its only loss to an undefeated Fulton Club Team from Knoxville. In that game they lost 8 to 7. Tayler finished the season with 12 TDs passes, including one rushing. In basketball, he help lead his 6th grade team to the Music City Athletic Conference Championship over Goodpasture Christian School. As a 7th Grader, he lead the team in 3 point percentage and minutes played. As an 8th grader, helped his team win the HVAC Championship. In baseball, as a 12 year old Tayler help lead the South Nashville Little League Team to District and State Championships and a spot in the Southeast Regional Championship in Warner Robbins, GA; that was shown on ESPN3. In 7th and 8th grade, he lead the team in innings pitched, ERA, and opponent batting average. As well as fielding percentage and was amongst the leaders in batting average.

Academic Highlights | Tayler has been on the Headmasters Roll (Receiving all A’s) for 6th, 7th & 8th Grades at Brentwood Academy. Is one of the top students in his class. In 6th grade, he received the top award for Science and History, and was in the top 5 for English, Literature, and 7th Grade Honors Pre-Algebra. In 7th grade, he received the top award for 8th Grade Honors Algebra, Science, History, was in the top 5 for Spanish and Literature. In 8th Grade, he was in the top 5 for Science and Spanish. In addition, Tayler was involved in the Duke Tips program and scored a 24 on the ACT Exam during his 7th Grade Year. In 8th grade, he scored a 27 on the April 2017 ACT Exam.
